Terms of service

The subscription

TNA and Blueprint are sold per practice, in size bands, at the prices published on the pricing page. There are two ways to buy and they are alternatives, not a route and a fallback.

Directly from Digital Umbrella. The price is the published one for your band. Billing is monthly in advance, in US dollars, exclusive of local taxes, and the subscription renews monthly until you end it. Annual billing is available on request and priced when you ask. You can change band or cancel at any time, and access ends when the subscription does.

Through AWS Marketplace. The listings are held under ZynoStack, our parent and an AWS consulting partner, so a Marketplace purchase is a transaction with ZynoStack, with AWS as the billing channel. Price, term, renewal and cancellation are those of the listing or private offer you subscribed under, and where they conflict with anything here, the listing wins. Everything else on this page applies either way: what you own, what we owe you, and what the products do not do.

Both listings are limited, which means AWS releases them to named accounts. If you want to buy that way, write to us and we will raise the request with AWS.

Your content

Everything your team enters remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it in order to run the service for you. We claim no other rights over it.

You are responsible for having the right to put your customers' information into the product, and for what your team writes in it.

What we owe you

To keep the service running and available, to hold your data securely, to give you an export on request, and to tell you if something goes wrong that affects you.

What the product does not do

TNA helps you produce an estimate. It does not guarantee that the estimate is correct, that a project will be profitable, or that a customer will accept it. The judgement stays with your architects. The tool makes their reasoning consistent and visible, not automatic.

Blueprint draws the architecture you select. It does not review that architecture, and it does not certify that a design is sound, that it is secure, or that it matches AWS's own guidance. That judgement stays with your architects too.

TNA and Blueprint are separate tools that hold separate catalogues. Carrying a scope from one into the other is on the roadmap rather than in the product, and buying both does not buy that. A TNA scope can be continued in Workmap, as a project; Blueprint is not connected yet.

Ending it

If you bought directly, tell us and we will end it. If you bought through AWS Marketplace, cancel there. Either way access ends when the subscription does, and your data is retained for 30 days afterwards so you can export it, then deleted.

We can suspend an account for non-payment or for use that endangers the service or other customers. We will tell you why.
