Terms of service

The short version

You subscribe to TNA Pro. You own what you put into it. We run it properly, and if we stop, you get your data out.

The subscription

TNA Pro is sold per delivery team through AWS Marketplace. The commercial terms — price, term, renewal and cancellation — are those of the AWS Marketplace listing you subscribed through, and where they conflict with anything here, the listing wins.

Your content

Everything your team enters remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it in order to run the service for you. We claim no other rights over it.

You are responsible for having the right to put your customers' information into the product, and for what your team writes in it.

What we owe you

To keep the service running and available, to hold your data securely, to give you an export on request, and to tell you if something goes wrong that affects you.

What the product does not do

TNA Pro helps you produce an estimate. It does not guarantee that the estimate is correct, that a project will be profitable, or that a customer will accept it. The judgement stays with your architects — the tool makes their reasoning consistent and visible, not automatic.

Ending it

Cancel through AWS Marketplace at any time; access ends when the subscription does. Your data is retained for 30 days afterwards so you can export it, then deleted.

We can suspend an account for non-payment or for use that endangers the service or other customers. We will tell you why.
