This site, digitalumbrella.io, and TNA, the application at app.digitalumbrella.io.

This website

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third party. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN, precisely so that visiting this page does not announce you to anyone else. There is no tracking to opt out of because there is none to begin with.

Standard server request logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

TNA

When your team uses TNA, you enter information about your own customers and engagements. That content belongs to you. We process it to run the service and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train models, and we do not use one customer's data to improve what another customer sees.

Accounts hold a name and email address, held to sign you in and to identify who changed what.

When something breaks

If TNA hits an error in your browser, it sends us a report so we can fix it. The report contains the error message, the file and line it came from, the stack trace, which tab you were on, and your browser's version string.

It does not contain anything you typed. Not the customer, not the scope, not the rates. No page content at all. There is no session recording, no click tracking and no page-view analytics in the application. The reports go to our own logs on AWS, never to a third-party service. They are kept as logs and deleted on the log retention schedule; they are not added to your account's data.

Where it is held

On Amazon Web Services, in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. Each customer's data is separated at the storage key, so a query cannot cross from one organisation to another.

How long

For as long as your subscription runs. After it ends, your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it or change your mind, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Who else touches it

Amazon Web Services, as our hosting provider. If you subscribe through AWS Marketplace, AWS handles that transaction and reports the subscription's status to the seller account, which is held by our parent ZynoStack. That record is your organisation and whether the subscription is active, not your scopes or your diagrams. No one else receives your data from us.

The AI drafting feature, and what it sends

TNA includes an optional feature called Brief AI, which drafts a starting scope from context you type. It does not call an AI service. It builds a prompt, you copy it, and you paste it into a chat assistant in your own account, then paste the answer back. We hold no key and have no relationship with that provider.

The prompt contains what you put in it, which can include the customer's name, their industry, the region, a compliance regime and a monthly spend figure. If you paste that into a consumer AI account, it is governed by that provider's terms, not ours. A free consumer plan may permit the provider to train on what you send. We cannot see, control or delete anything you move that way.

So: the feature is off unless someone uses it, and the tool warns before it hands you a prompt containing customer detail. An administrator can disable it for the whole organisation from the admin screen. If your engagements are under an NDA that forbids this, turn it off, and nothing else in the product changes.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@digitalumbrella.io and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this changes materially, we will say so here and tell subscribers directly rather than quietly editing the page.
